Order Cancellation Policy

At Noble Game Co., we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because many of our products are fulfilled directly by manufacturers, cancellation eligibility depends on the fulfillment status of your order.

Cancellation Before Fulfillment

You may request a cancellation at any time before your order has entered processing, production, preparation for shipment, or fulfillment.

If your order has not yet entered the fulfillment process, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method. No cancellation or restocking fee will apply.

We strongly recommend contacting us immediately after placing your order if you need to make a change or request a cancellation.

Orders Already in Processing

Because many Noble Game Co. products are fulfilled directly by manufacturers, orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed.

Once an order has entered processing, production, or preparation for shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If the manufacturer allows cancellation after processing has begun, manufacturer cancellation or restocking fees may apply. We will inform you of any applicable fees before completing the cancellation whenever possible.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Products that are custom-made, personalized, specially configured, or manufactured specifically for your order may not be canceled once production has begun.

Any product-specific cancellation restrictions disclosed on the product page or before purchase will also apply.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you no longer want the product, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved change-of-mind returns may be subject to:

• Return freight/shipping costs
• Manufacturer restocking fees
• Other applicable return charges

Because pool tables, shuffleboard tables, and other game-room products can be large and heavy, return freight costs may be substantial.

How to Request a Cancellation

Please provide your order number and clearly state that you are requesting a cancellation.

We will review the fulfillment status of your order and confirm whether cancellation is still possible.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. Your order is considered canceled only after you receive confirmation from Noble Game Co.

Refunds for Successfully Canceled Orders

When an eligible order is successfully canceled, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Noble Game Co. generally processes approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
